Role Overview: Multimedia Designer (Graphic Designer)

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to join our fully remote team. The ideal candidate will craft visually compelling designs and multimedia content that strengthen our brand identity across diverse digital platforms.

Your Mission:

• Create Engaging Visuals: Design graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, brochures, posters, flyers, and presentations.
• Motion & Video: Develop motion graphics and basic video editing content (After Effects / Premiere Pro experience is a plus).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, HR, and content teams to conceptualize creative ideas that align perfectly with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital marketing materials.
• Develop branding assets including logos, brochures, posters, flyers, and professional presentations.
• Create motion graphics and basic video editing content tailored for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that drive engagement.
• Ensure all designs strictly align with brand guidelines while maintaining visual consistency.
• Adapt creatives seamlessly across multiple formats: web, mobile, print, and social media channels.
• Maintain a sharp eye on design trends, tools, and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.

What We're Looking For (Required Skills)

• Experience: 1–3 years in graphic or multimedia design.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Creative Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility across various mediums.
