MTS / SMTS Backend Java Developer

Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced backend developer proficient in high-quality Java code development.
• The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, requiring minimal direction while collaborating effectively as a team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Key Requirements & Skills

• Mastery of Advanced Java programming for enterprise applications (2 - 5 years experience required).
• Deep expertise in MVC frameworks including Spring MVC, Spring-boot.
• Solid knowledge of REST, JSON, JSON-RPC, and SOAP/XML protocols.
• Proficiency in Multi-Threading, concurrency, Unix/Shell scripting, and TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations, SIP/SS7 telecom domain protocols, PL/SQL, application servers like Tomcat, Git version control, JIRA, Confluence, automated testing frameworks, and Java performance tuning tools.

Responsibilities

• Bridge user-facing elements with server-side logic to build scalable solutions.
• Create reusable code libraries and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Design robust data storage solutions and independently own the development lifecycle of quality code.
• Analyze performance issues, implement optimized solutions, conduct unit testing, identify risks, and adhere to coding best practices to ensure bug-free delivery.
