Full Job Description
Join EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) team in Gurgaon, India, as an MS-F&O Technical Senior. GDS is a rapidly growing, global delivery network with over 40,000 employees across seven countries, partnering with the business to drive growth and innovation. This role is crucial in developing customizations for D365FO, leading technical teams, resolving development issues, and communicating status to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Estimate, design, customize, and develop customer-specific requirements in D365FO.
- Participate actively in technical discussions for D365 FO projects.
- Create all technical documentation, including TDDs and IDDs.
- Develop D365 FO extensions and debug customizations.
- Integrate D365 FO with third-party applications and perform data migration activities.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of D365 modules and work closely with functional consultants.
- Coach and mentor junior developers.
- Develop SSRS and Power BI reports.
- Manage environments and releases using LCS and Azure DevOps.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Overall experience of 6 to 12 years, with experience in operations environments of large multinational organizations.
- Proven experience in environment and release management, and successful D365FO implementations.
- Good understanding of data migrations in D365 and older AX versions.
- Proficiency in X++, C#, and MVC patterns.
- Experience with D365FO interfacing and integration, including using PowerApps, Logic Apps, Common Data Service, and other Azure Services.
- Knowledge of Lifecycle Services, Visual Studio Team Services, SQL, .NET, and PowerBI.
- Familiarity with gathering technical requirements, code reviews, and Agile/Sure Step methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and consultancy skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Cultural sensitivity and a global mindset are essential.
