MS Dynamics

AutoZone is seeking a skilled MS Dynamics - Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in Gurugram, India. This role is crucial for managing and enhancing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)/CRM system. As a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) and system administrator, you will be instrumental in the development, maintenance, and optimization of the CRM platform. Your responsibilities will encompass customization, integration, data migration, reporting, dashboard creation, web resource development, solution file management, security model configuration, and UI development within Dynamics CRM.

You will collaborate closely with platform services teams, business stakeholders, and client teams, taking a lead role in ensuring the consistent, on-time delivery of high-quality releases. This position requires a proactive approach to designing and architecting the CRM system to align with business processes and requirements, while effectively balancing business needs with technical constraints.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging in design sessions to gather and document business processes and system requirements.
• Architecting the CRM system, including customizations and reports, to accurately model business operations.
• Developing and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows.
• Building plugins, managing solution deployments, and performing debugging.
• Designing and developing D365 CDS PowerApps models and automating business processes using Microsoft Flow.
• Designing and developing Azure Data Factory pipelines and flows.
• Creating reports utilizing FetchXML.
• Collaborating with internal support teams to resolve technical issues related to servers and other CRM system technologies.
• Maintaining code repositories and utilizing GitHub for source control.
• Administering the CRM system effectively using the SDK.
• Providing application support, including the resolution of technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field from an accredited university.
• 2-5 years of recent, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects.
• Proven experience in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, MVC, and SQL Server, including plugins, scripting, and form creation.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SSIS, Azure deployment pipelines, and GitHub.
• Familiarity with CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.
• Strong understanding of configuring security groups, roles, and teams.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio, source control, and the CRM SDK.
• Experience with ETL technologies such as Scribe Online and Microsoft Azure Data Factory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical specifications clearly.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of the O365 platform, including integrations with Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, and Mobility.
• Familiarity with Data Export Service and Azure SQL.
• Microsoft Certifications on Dynamics 365 CE are a plus.
• A systems thinker with the ability to adapt between abstract and detailed implementation.
