Role: Microsoft Field Service Developer

We are seeking an experienced developer for our growing team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on building innovative solutions using Dynamics 365 and AI-driven automation platforms, offering a fully remote work-from-home setup.

• Experience Required: 3 to 5 years
• Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
• Shift Timing: Evening/Night Shift (6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST) for Indian applicants

Key Skills Required

• Dynamics 365 Field Service customization and configuration
• Power Platform suite including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• C#, .NET, JavaScript (preferred)
• API integrations with external systems

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions for client needs.
• Configure complex work orders, resource scheduling, and management tools.
• Build scalable applications using the Power Platform to drive automation.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts (BA) and technical teams to deliver high-impact results.
• Provide ongoing support and enhance existing implementations for optimal performance.
