Title: Intermediate Developer – Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Location: Bengaluru / Bangalore, India (BNP Paribas India Solutions)

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer to design and maintain solutions supporting Real Estate business processes including asset management and client relationship tracking. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable code, integrate back-office systems via Azure services, and mentor junior developers in a fast-paced Agile environment.

1. Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for Real Estate workflows (asset management, leasing).
2. Enhance customizations using plugins, JavaScript, Power Platform components to meet evolving needs.
3. Collaborate closely with business analysts to create technical designs and scalable code.
4. Ensure quality through unit testing, rigorous code reviews, and defect resolution aligned with banking standards.
5. Led integration efforts connecting CRM with ERPs and data warehouses using web services or Azure Functions.
6. Engage in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups within the ITG Real Estate delivery team.
7. Mentor junior developers while assisting direct reports on daily technical tasks.
8. Maintain documentation for architecture and configuration to ensure knowledge transfer.
9. Drive continuous improvement in performance tuning, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
10. Safeguard compliance adhering to strict security and data-privacy regulations applicable to banking software.
