Key Responsibilities:

• Execute functional and non-functional tests, providing demos as part of sprint delivery.
• Lead and collaborate with a team of testers to ensure timely completion of all testing deliverables.
• Perform verification, validation, and testing metrics evaluation.
• Understand and apply Agile methodology.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on all aspects of software testing and communicate findings to the design team.
• Engage with clients to understand product requirements.
• Participate in design reviews, providing input on requirements, product design, and potential issues.

Technical Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in web-application functional and non-functional testing, specifically with MS Dynamics CRM.
• Experience or knowledge of Agile processes and delivery.
• Good understanding of SQL queries with basic hands-on experience.
• Hands-on experience in automation testing, preferably using RSAT or easyrepro.
• Proficiency in software and test design, test execution, and results analysis.
• Experience in designing and running tests for software usability.
• Conduct tests, analyze results, and report observations to the design team.
• Result-driven with strong communication skills and up-to-date knowledge of software programming and test design.
