Join EY as a Senior CRM QA Test Engineer in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and contribute to building a better working world. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality of our CRM applications, working within a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute functional and non-functional tests and provide demonstrations as part of sprint delivery.
• Lead and collaborate with a team of testers to ensure timely completion of all testing deliverables.
• Perform verification and validation, and evaluate testing metrics.
• Understand and apply Agile methodologies.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on all aspects of software testing and communicate findings to the design team.
• Interact with clients to understand product requirements and provide feedback.
• Participate in design reviews, offering insights on requirements, product design, and potential issues.

Technical Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in functional and non-functional testing of web applications, specifically MS Dynamics CRM.
• Experience and knowledge of Agile processes and delivery.
• Proficiency in SQL queries with basic hands-on experience.
• Hands-on experience in automation testing, preferably using RSAT or easyrepro.
• Solid understanding of software and test design principles, with the ability to execute tests and analyze results.
• Experience in designing and running tests for software usability.
• Conduct tests, analyze results, and report observations to the design team.
• Demonstrate result-driven performance, excellent communication skills, and up-to-date knowledge of software programming and test design.
