Join EY in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India as a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM QA Test Engineer. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our CRM solutions through comprehensive functional and non-functional testing. You will work within an Agile methodology, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute functional and non-functional test cases and provide demonstrations as part of sprint delivery.
• Lead and collaborate with a team of testers to ensure timely completion of all testing deliverables.
• Perform verification and validation, and evaluate testing metrics.
• Understand and apply Agile methodologies.
• Prepare detailed reports on all aspects of software testing and communicate findings to the design team.
• Interact with clients to understand product requirements.
• Participate in design reviews, providing input on requirements, product design, and potential issues.

Technical Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in web-application functional and non-functional testing, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Proven experience with Agile processes and delivery.
• Proficiency in SQL queries with basic hands-on experience.
• Hands-on experience in automation testing, preferably using RSAT or EasyRepro.
• Strong understanding of software and test design principles, including test execution and result analysis.
• Experience in designing and executing software usability tests.
• Conduct tests, analyze results, and report observations to the design team.
• Demonstrated results-driven approach, excellent communication skills, and up-to-date knowledge of software programming and test design.
