Senior CRM QA Test Engineer

EY is seeking a Senior CRM QA Test Engineer to join our team in Noida, India. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications through comprehensive functional and non-functional testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute functional and non-functional tests and provide demonstrations as part of sprint delivery.
• Lead and collaborate with a team of testers to ensure timely completion of all testing deliverables.
• Perform verification and validation activities, and evaluate testing metrics.
• Understand and apply Agile methodology principles.
• Prepare detailed reports on all aspects of software testing and communicate findings to the design team.
• Liaise with clients to understand product requirements and gather feedback.
• Participate in design reviews, providing valuable input on requirements, product design, and potential issues.

Technical Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in functional and non-functional testing of web applications, specifically MS Dynamics CRM.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Agile processes and delivery.
• Proficiency in SQL queries with basic hands-on experience.
• Hands-on experience in automation testing, preferably using RSAT or easyrepro.
• Strong understanding of software and test design principles, with the ability to execute tests and analyze results.
• Experience in designing and conducting tests on software usability.
• Ability to analyze test results and report observations to the design team.
• Proven ability to be result-driven with excellent communication skills and up-to-date knowledge of software programming and test design.
