Join EY as an MSD CRM Technical Senior in Pune, India, and build a career like no other. As a D365 CRM Architect, you will utilize your deep hands-on experience in D365 CRM configuration and customization across Sales, Service, and Marketing modules. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, translating them into effective solutions, and executing application design sessions.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with client teams, making solution recommendations, and ensuring designs align with business needs. You will leverage your deep understanding of D365 CRM integration, data migration methods, and tools. Development will involve using .Net Plugins and ASP.Net extensions. We seek candidates with proven experience in large transformation programs using an onshore-offshore delivery model and client-facing engagements.

We are looking for a minimum of 4+ years of CRM Configuration & Customization experience, with hands-on development including writing plugins. Design and coding proficiency in Visual Studio, C#, and IIS-Dynamics CRM is essential. Experience with Agile delivery, continuous integration, and build processes is preferred. Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are a must. A Bachelor's or Master's degree (BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA) with 8+ years of industry experience is expected.

Preferred qualifications include expertise in CRM Configuration & Customization (Plugins, etc.) and D365 CRM certification.
