EY is seeking a senior technical developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to join our team in Noida, India. This role is crucial for designing and implementing next-generation digital architectures for our clients.

Job Purpose:

As a D365 CRM Architect, you will leverage your deep hands-on knowledge of D365 CRM configuration and customization across multiple modules (Sales, Service, and Marketing) to deliver exceptional client solutions.

Client Responsibilities:

• Contribute to CRM engagements by designing next-generation digital architectures.
• Participate actively in the analysis and design phases of projects.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Execute and participate in application design sessions, providing robust solution recommendations.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of integration and data migration methods/tools within D365 CRM.
• Apply deep knowledge in configuring and customizing the CRM application.
• Develop CRM applications using .Net Plugins and ASP.Net extensions.
• Ensure that designed solutions align with business requirements.
• Work cooperatively and effectively within a team environment.
• Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing workloads.

People Responsibilities:

• Foster teamwork and lead by example.
• Provide training and mentorship to project resources.
• Participate in organization-wide people initiatives.

Key Skills:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in CRM Configuration & Customization is mandatory.
• Must have hands-on development experience, including writing plugins.
• Experience working on large transformation programs in an onshore-offshore delivery model is required.
• Must have client-facing engagement experience.
• Proficiency in design and coding using Visual Studio, C#, and IIS-Dynamics CRM.
• Experience with agile delivery, deployment, continuous integration, and build processes.
• Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work creatively in problem-solving environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree (BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced CRM Configuration & Customization (Plugins etc.).
• D365 CRM Certification.
