MSD CRM Technical Senior
Job Purpose:
This role requires a D365 CRM Architect with extensive hands-on expertise in D365 CRM configuration and customization across multiple modules, including Sales, Service, and Marketing.
Your Client Responsibilities:
- Engage in CRM projects to design next-generation digital architectures.
- Participate actively in the analysis and design phases of projects.
- Collaborate with client teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Execute and contribute to application design sessions, providing solution recommendations.
- Possess a deep understanding of integration and data migration methodologies and tools within D365 CRM.
- Demonstrate profound knowledge of configuring and customizing the CRM application.
- Develop CRM applications utilizing .Net Plugins and ASP.Net extensions.
- Ensure that designs align precisely with business requirements.
- Work collaboratively and effectively within a team environment.
- Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing workloads.

- Provide training and mentorship to project resources.
- Participate in organization-wide people initiatives.
Key Skills:
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in CRM configuration and customization is mandatory.
- Must have hands-on development experience, including writing plugins.
- Experience working on large transformation programs within an onshore-offshore delivery model is required.
- Must have experience in client-facing engagements.
- Possess design and coding experience in Visual Studio, C#, and IIS-Dynamics CRM.
- Experience with agile delivery, deployment, continuous integration, and build processes.
- Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to approach problem-solving creatively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Educational background: BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA with a minimum of 8 years of sound industry experience.
Preferred Skills:
- CRM Configuration & Customization (Plugins etc.)
- D365 CRM Certified
