Job Purpose:

We are seeking a D365 CRM Architect with profound, hands-on expertise in D365 CRM configuration and customization across multiple modules, including Sales, Service, and Marketing.

Client Responsibilities:

• Design next-generation digital architectures for CRM engagements.
• Participate actively in the analysis and design phases of projects.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Execute and contribute to application design sessions, providing strategic solution recommendations.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of integration and data migration methodologies and tools within D365 CRM.
• Possess deep knowledge of CRM application configuration and customization.
• Develop CRM applications using .Net Plugins and ASP.Net extensions.
• Ensure that all designs align precisely with business requirements.
• Work collaboratively and effectively within a team environment.
• Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing workloads.

• Provide training and mentorship to project resources.
• Engage in organization-wide people initiatives.

Key Skills Required:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in CRM Configuration & Customization is essential.
• Must have hands-on development experience, including writing plugins.
• Experience working on large transformation programs within an onshore-offshore delivery model is required.
• Proven experience in client-facing engagements.
• Proficiency in design and coding using Visual Studio, C#, and IIS-Dynamics CRM.
• Experience with agile delivery, deployment, continuous integration, and build processes.
• Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach in problem-solving environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA with a minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in CRM Configuration & Customization (e.g., Plugins).
• D365 CRM Certified.
