Motion Graphic Designer

About the Role

Kheewa Incorporation is seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our Creative & Digital Marketing team. In this remote, full-time position, you will transform marketing concepts and business messages into engaging visual content that resonates with audiences across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Motion Graphics & Animation: Design high-quality motion graphics for social media, websites, ads, and presentations. Create animated typography, transitions, infographics, and VFX.
  (Platforms: Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Video Content Creation: Produce promotional videos, explainer videos, brand stories, and recruitment creatives with professional editing, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Social Media Creative Production: Develop multi-format content (1:1, 4:5, 9:16) optimized for various platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Marketing & Brand Content: Collaborate with marketing teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals that maintain strict brand consistency.
• Creative Concept Development: Create original storyboards, visual concepts, and identify trending animation styles for campaigns.
  (Key Trend: Integrating AI tools for efficient ideation, image generation, voiceovers, and scripting)
• Quality & Deadline Management: Ensure all deliverables meet technical standards (resolution, audio, branding) before publishing.
• Creative Research: Stay ahead of motion design trends to continuously improve production quality and speed.

Required Skills & Software

• Core Tools: Adobe After Effects (Preferred), Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  (Familiarity with Blender/Cinema 4D/Figma/Canva is a plus).
• Creative Aptitude: Strong visual storytelling, typography composition, timing, pacing, and attention to detail.
• Experience Level: 1–4 years in Motion Graphics or Animation preferred.
  (Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are welcome).

Educational Qualification

Diploma/Graduate degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or Mass Communication.
