Role Overview
We are seeking a creative Motion Designer & Video Editor with an advertising agency background (4–7 years experience) to join our team in Gurugram, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. This is a full-time position.
About the Role
Seeking a video-first professional who can independently execute videos from concept to final output. You will work on brand campaigns, pitch videos, social media content, master creatives, and digital initiatives. Experience in visual storytelling is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging videos for brands, campaigns, and digital platforms using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, transitions, and VFX with After Effects.
- Translate creative concepts and storyboards into strong visual outputs.
- Leverage AI-based image/video generation tools; develop effective prompts for production.
- Manage color correction, sound syncing, audio editing, and final finishing.
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory).
- Proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Understanding of digital/social media formats, pacing, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools is a significant advantage. 3D skills are an added plus.
