Mobility Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mobility Engineer to support customers with Pixel and Android Enterprise technical needs. This role focuses on managing Android device enrollment, addressing customer inquiries, and coordinating resolutions with Google engineering teams.

Must Have:

• Demonstrable domain expertise in Android enterprise solutions and bulk enrollment tools such as Google Zero Touch or Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME).
• Proven experience managing Android devices using at least one EMM/MDM solution, including VMware Workspace ONE/Omnissa, Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, SOTI, etc.
• Broad technical knowledge of the Pixel device ecosystem and core hardware capabilities, including custom chipsets.
• Experience engaging with large enterprise customers to articulate technical solutions for Pixel and Android Enterprise features.
• Ability to perform initial triage on complex tech queries and drive quick resolutions within Google workflows.
• Solid understanding of Android platform architecture, development tools (ADB), APIs, and enterprise functionalities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification as an Android Enterprise Certified Associate or higher.
• Demonstrable experience in retail, government, and finance sectors.
