Mobile Application Developer

FITISTAN is seeking a full-time React Native Mobile App Developer to join their team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role involves building, maintaining, and enhancing cross-platform mobile applications for both Android and iOS. The developer will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to create high-performance, user-friendly mobile experiences. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining applications using React Native, building new features and reusable components, integrating apps with REST APIs and backend services, ensuring app performance, stability, and scalability, and working with UI/UX designers to implement designs. The role also requires debugging, testing, fixing bugs and crashes, optimizing apps for speed, security, and usability, adhering to best practices for clean code, and participating in testing, code reviews, and app deployments.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or a related field, 0-4 years of experience in React Native development, strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, experience with React Hooks, functional components, and state management, an understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, experience with APIs, JSON, and mobile architecture, and familiarity with Git and agile development. Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Preferred skills include React Native Developer, Mobile App Development, JavaScript, TypeScript, API Integration, App Performance Optimization, Mobile UX, and experience with Fitness/D2C Apps. The working days are Monday to Friday, with an in-office work location in Mumbai.
