Mobile App & Website Tester

Callvcal Technology Private Limited is seeking a motivated Mobile App & Web App Tester (Manual + Automation) for their Hallelujah project and more in Bengaluru. This is a mandatory work-from-office role, 3-4 days a week, with an immediate or within 15 days joining preference. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual proficient in both manual and automation testing for our flagship music platform. Your role will be crucial in ensuring high-quality performance, a seamless user experience, and bug-free releases across Android, iOS, and Web platforms.

Salary Structure:
First 3 Months (Probation): ₹22,000 (In-hand)
Post Probation: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (In-hand) (Performance-based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end manual testing for mobile (Android/iOS) and web applications.
• Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts.
• Identify, report, and track bugs using designated tools.
• Conduct functional, regression, UI/UX, and performance testing.
• Collaborate closely with developers and designers to enhance product quality.
• Test API integrations, backend flows, and third-party services.
• Validate new features, updates, and deployments prior to release.
• Ensure cross-device and cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, daily standups, and QA reviews.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases and reports.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Manual Testing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Cypress, etc.
• Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or similar.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira, Trello, etc.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL queries.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to approach testing from a user perspective (UI/UX testing).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in testing mobile/web applications.
• Must own a good-performance laptop.
• Willingness to work from the office 3-4 days per week.
• Ability to join within 15 days.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience in music streaming or content-based applications.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS preferred).
