What You’ll Work On

Your responsibilities will include the development and maintenance of mobile applications across Android, iOS, or cross-platform frameworks, tailored to specific client technology stacks. Key tasks involve:

• Developing high-quality mobile app features and components using React Native or Flutter, or building native applications with Kotlin/Java for Android or Swift for iOS.
• Integrating mobile applications with backend APIs, authentication systems, and various cloud services.
• Optimizing application performance, memory usage, and rendering efficiency across a wide range of devices and operating system versions.
• Building reusable UI components and assisting in the precise implementation of designs from tools like Figma.
• Managing local storage, offline capabilities, push notifications, background tasks, and device-specific integrations.
• Debugging complex issues, analyzing crash logs, and resolving performance bottlenecks to ensure smooth operation.
• Collaborating effectively with backend engineers, product teams, and designers to deliver seamless and cohesive user experiences.
• Ensuring applications adhere to best practices for security, accessibility, and app store compliance.
• Actively participating in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning sessions.
• Supporting application deployments to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including managing releases, code signing, and version control.

Depending on project requirements, you may contribute to consumer apps, enterprise mobility solutions, internal tools, or large-scale mobile platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development.
• Strong proficiency in at least one of the following: React Native, Flutter, Android (Kotlin/Java), or iOS (Swift).
• Demonstrated experience in integrating APIs and working with common mobile libraries, state management tools, or navigation frameworks.
• A solid understanding of mobile app architecture, lifecycle management, and performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD workflows for mobile deployments.
• The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing for both Android and iOS platforms, or a combination of cross-platform and native development.
• Familiarity with cloud integration services such as Firebase, AWS Amplify, or Azure Mobile Apps.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks for mobile applications.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, GraphQL, or real-time communication protocols like WebSockets.
• Experience with the intricacies of app store submission processes, including code signing, certificate management, and Over-the-Air (OTA) updates.
• A strong sensibility for UI/UX design and the ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect implementations.
