This role is ideal for a candidate with a proven background in a Fintech-based company, demonstrating robust expertise in Full Stack Development. We require a strong command of modern development technologies, including React.js for front-end development and Node.js for back-end services and API creation. Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of innovative web and application-based solutions.
• Engage in comprehensive frontend and backend development tasks.
• Craft responsive, intuitive, and user-centric interfaces utilizing React.js.
• Develop robust server-side logic, secure APIs, and seamless integrations using Node.js.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features that drive business value.
• Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance for enhanced user experience and efficiency.
• Produce clean, maintainable, scalable, and efficient code adhering to industry best practices.
• Actively participate in code reviews, ensuring high code quality and adherence to development standards.
• Champion application security, reliability, and scalability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute significantly to the development of fintech-specific product features and modules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as an App Developer or Full Stack Developer.
• Previous experience within a Fintech-based company is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of React.js.
• Proficiency in server-side development with Node.js.
• A strong grasp of Frontend Development principles and practices.
• Solid understanding of Backend Development concepts and implementation.
• Demonstrated experience with API integration and efficient database management.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with application deployment strategies and version control systems, such as Git.
• Effective communication and strong teamwork abilities are essential for collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in architecting and building scalable products within the fintech sector.
