Role: Flutter App Developer

NikahForever, a trusted community matrimony platform in Delhi, India, is seeking an experienced Flutter App Developer for a full-time, on-site position. This role is critical in developing production-grade features for both Android and iOS using MVVM Architecture. You will collaborate closely with Backend, Product, Design, and QA teams, implement scalable state management with BLOC & Provider, and integrate various APIs and SDKs. Key responsibilities include improving app performance, reducing app size, ensuring a crash-free rate, and actively participating in feature planning and release cycles. The ideal candidate will write clean, testable, and maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and leverage modern AI developer tools to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Flutter mobile app development (Android & iOS) with MVVM Architecture.
• Build production-grade features beyond basic UI screens.
• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Backend, Product, Design, QA).
• State management implementation using BLOC & Provider.
• Integration of REST APIs, WebSockets, Firebase, and third-party SDKs.
• Performance optimization, app size reduction, and crash-free rate improvement.
• Active participation in feature planning, estimation, and release cycles.
• Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Conducting and participating in Pull Request reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
• Utilizing AI developer tools for productivity enhancement.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of hands-on Flutter development experience.
• Experience in a reputable product-based company.
• Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, rendering, state management (BLOC & Provider mandatory), navigation, dependency injection, and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with REST APIs & JSON.
• Experience with Firebase (RTDB, Auth, Crashlytics, FCM are a plus).
• Proven ability in app performance optimization.
• Solid experience with Git and GitHub workflows.
• Ability to take ownership of features and ship independently.

Tools & Technologies:

• Must Have: Flutter/Dart, GetX & Provider, GitHub (PRs, code reviews, branching), AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor/similar).
• Bonus: CI/CD (Fastlane, GitHub Actions), Play Store/App Store deployment, Firebase (RTDB).
