Mobile App Developer - Flutter

Altum is seeking an intelligent and self-starting Flutter Developer with excellent communication and technical skills. The ideal candidate possesses a solid technical background and thrives in a fast-paced development environment, demonstrating familiarity with the full software design lifecycle, including designing, coding, testing, and consistently managing applications with a focus on high-quality code.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software solutions from concept to implementation.
• Possess adequate knowledge of relational database systems, object-oriented programming, and design skills.
• Utilize Git and have working experience with Static Code Analysis tools like SonarQube.
• Leverage the latest technologies to enhance and develop new functionality for API dashboard (Flutter) applications.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and QAs as part of a cross-functional team.
• Share expertise and contribute to the evolution of best practices.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to realize project visions.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for applications owned by the team.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into an application framework.
• Participate in wireframes, UI design, software architecting, front-end and back-end integration, API development, testing, publishing, and distribution.
• Develop, test, and maintain native SDKs and Unity on various mobile platforms, OS versions, and devices.
• Innovate, evaluate, and deploy various Android and iOS features.

Knowledge and Experience

• Proficient understanding of Android SDK, Swift, iOS SDK, or similar cross-platform technologies.
• Experience handling location services, notifications, and third-party integrations in Flutter.
• Work experience with Flutter SDK and Dart programming language.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Flutter technology.
• Published at least 3 to 4 mobile apps on Google Play or the App Store.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Firebase.
• Experience in API integration.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs for connecting mobile applications to backend services.
• Experience working in an agile development process.
• Proficiency in using Gitlab for version control and continuous integration.
• Ability to write clear, maintainable, and testable code.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
