The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to bring client solutions to life by developing custom applications using Ionic and React Native. Leverage your expertise in crafting exceptional mobile applications and integrating them with micro-services to help our clients maintain a competitive edge.

Organizational Structure
You will report to our Project Coordinators. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 100% onsite work from our Ahmedabad or Mohali office. Workdays are Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 6:30 AM and 7:00 PM.

A Day in the Life

• Lead Development: Spearhead app development projects from conception through to deployment, ensuring superior code quality and timely delivery.
• Technical Expertise: Apply your in-depth knowledge of Ionic and React Native to architect and build robust, scalable mobile applications.
• Ownership: Manage the complete development lifecycle, including code reviews, rigorous testing, seamless deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Project Management: Collaborate with diverse teams to meticulously define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
• Architecture and Design: Actively participate in architectural discussions, contribute to critical technical decisions, and design software solutions that are both efficient and maintainable.
• Code Quality: Uphold strict coding standards and best practices, conducting thorough code reviews to guarantee the highest levels of code quality and security.
• Testing: Lead unit testing initiatives, ensuring comprehensive test coverage for all developed features.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate team members, cultivating a development environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.

Candidate Profile

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 4 to 8 years of proven experience with React Native, Ionic, and unit testing methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in contemporary software development practices and tools.
• Effective communication skills, enabling collaboration across teams and the clear conveyance of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A genuine enthusiasm for staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) design principles.
• Experience integrating with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Superior analytical skills complemented by a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• The ability to perform effectively within a team setting.
• Strong command of both oral and written communication.
• Capability to interpret and adhere to technical plans accurately.
