MLOps Engineer Opportunity with Cognizant in Hyderabad, India

Cognizant is seeking a skilled MLOps Engineer to join their team. This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with interviews scheduled to be conducted in person.

Core Responsibilities:

• Model Deployment, Monitoring, and Retraining
• Design and implement robust deployment, inference, monitoring, and retraining pipelines.
• Drift Detection (Data Drift, Model Drift)
• Experiment Tracking
• MLOps Architecture Design and Implementation
• REST API Publishing for model serving.

Job Responsibilities:

• Research and implement MLOps tools, frameworks, and platforms to advance Data Science projects.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing MLOps maturity within the organization.
• Promote and implement modern, agile, and automated approaches to Data Science workflows.
• Conduct internal training and presentations on the benefits and usage of MLOps tools.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Kubernetes.
• Proven experience in operationalizing Data Science projects (MLOps) using popular frameworks/platforms such as Kubeflow, AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure Machine Learning, DataRobot, or DKube.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts with hands-on experience in ML model development.
• Proficiency in Python for both ML development and automation tasks. Strong command-line skills in Bash and Unix.
• Experience implementing CI/CD/CT pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS, is advantageous.
