MLOps Engineer

Soul AI (by Deccan AI) is seeking skilled MLOps Engineers to join our expert community and engage in cutting-edge AI projects. We offer above market-standard compensation for contract-based or freelance opportunities (2-12 months). Work with industry leaders on real AI challenges, with flexible work locations including remote, onsite, or in Hyderabad/Bangalore.

Your role will involve architecting and optimizing ML infrastructure using tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, and SageMaker Pipelines. You will build robust CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD), automate ML workflows for feature engineering, retraining, and deployment, and scale ML models with Docker, Kubernetes, and Airflow. Ensuring model observability, security, and cost optimization in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) is crucial.

Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CI/CD pipelines. Hands-on experience with cloud ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, and Azure ML. Expertise in monitoring tools like MLflow, Prometheus, and Grafana. Knowledge of distributed data processing with Spark and Kafka. Bonus experience in A/B testing, canary deployments, and serverless ML is a plus.
