MLOps Engineer

Soul AI (by Deccan AI) is seeking talented MLOps Engineers to join our expert community and work on exciting AI projects. We offer above-market compensation, contract-based or freelance opportunities (2-12 months), and the chance to collaborate with industry leaders on real AI challenges. Work flexibly from remote locations or onsite in Hyderabad/Bangalore.

As an MLOps Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Architecting and optimizing ML infrastructure using tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, and SageMaker Pipelines.
• Building robust CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Automating critical ML workflows, including feature engineering, retraining, and deployment.
• Scaling ML models efficiently using Docker, Kubernetes, and Airflow.
• Ensuring model observability, security, and cost optimization within cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Essential skills include:

• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with cloud ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, and Azure ML.
• Expertise in monitoring tools like MLflow, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Knowledge of distributed data processing with Spark and Kafka.
• (Bonus) Experience with A/B testing, canary deployments, and serverless ML.
