Full Job Description
SG Oasis, a prominent player in the FMCG sector in Ahmedabad, is seeking an experienced MIS Executive with advanced Excel skills to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for supporting business operations by generating insightful reports and maintaining critical data. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in tracking sales, production, and inventory, contributing directly to strategic decision-making. The company operates with a 6-day work week, offering Sundays as a day off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports covering sales, production, dispatch, and inventory of water gallons.
- Maintain and analyze data pertaining to customers, distributors, and dealers to identify key trends and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including detailed route-wise and area-wise analyses.
- Develop interactive dashboards and comprehensive analytical reports using advanced MS Excel functionalities such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection and validation.
- Manage and maintain records of orders, deliveries, returns, and customer collections.
- Present clear and concise reports with actionable insights to management to facilitate informed business decisions.
- Uphold high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and ensure timely submission of all MIS deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in Advanced MS Excel, including proficiency in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, advanced formulas, and MIS dashboard creation.
- Previous experience in the FMCG, water, or beverage industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination across departments.
- Proven ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently and deliver under tight deadlines.
Work Schedule: 6 days a week, with Sundays off.
