Middle DevOps Engineer

Join Miratech as a Middle DevOps Engineer in Chennai and contribute to revolutionizing customer experiences for our client, a leading global provider of cloud contact center software. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure essential for developing and deploying software used by a vast international customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Construct and manage cloud infrastructure and automation pipelines supporting hybrid-cloud solutions.
• Develop robust automation capabilities for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) and application deployment workflows.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for current cloud platforms in production environments, including participation in on-call rotations to ensure system availability.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, architects, and development teams to guarantee the creation and maintenance of scalable and secure infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools, specifically Terraform.
• Proficiency with at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP are highly preferred).
• Solid experience in development or scripting using languages such as Python, Java, or similar.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes and CI/CD platforms such as GitLab or GitHub.
• Experience working with Linux-based systems and runtimes.
• Exposure to cloud-native orchestration tools like Helm or Istio.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), cloud networking principles, and security best practices.
• Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps methodologies, including experience with monitoring tools.
