Mid-Level Power BI Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Power BI Developer to build dashboards, reports, and datasets that support critical business intelligence requirements. You will work under senior guidance to develop robust DAX and Power Query solutions while ensuring data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop dynamic reports, interactive dashboards, and optimized datasets from approved organizational data sources.
• Create efficient DAX measures and implement complex Power Query transformations according to defined technical specifications.
• Perform rigorous data validation, resolve defects, and troubleshoot report refresh issues to maintain uptime.

Qualifications:

Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (2 years of specialized experience may substitute for 1 year of academic requirement).
- Three to five years of hands-on Power BI or business intelligence development experience.
- Proficiency with Power BI Desktop and Service, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and best data visualization practices.

Preferred:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900).
- Additional skills in Excel data modeling, Power Automate integration, and accessibility-conscious design principles.
