Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MicroStrategy Developer to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards using MicroStrategy, ensuring seamless data visualization and performance optimization. Your responsibilities include:

Creating sophisticated reports, dashboards, and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Designing schema objects (facts, attributes, filters) and optimizing SQL queries for efficiency.
Performing performance tuning and troubleshooting to enhance system reliability.
Collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine solutions.

Ideal candidates will have strong expertise in MicroStrategy (Developer/Web), robust SQL knowledge, and a deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server). Experience with 8-12 years in BI development is preferred.
