We are seeking a **Hands-on Security Analyst** specializing in **Microsoft Purview** and **Microsoft Defender XDR** to join our team in **Gurugram**. This role requires expertise in managing **Microsoft 365 security controls**, including **Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection Labels, IRM, and Data Classification policies**. The ideal candidate will monitor security incidents, triage alerts, support investigations, and ensure effective data protection across the organization. Responsibilities include creating, testing, and optimizing Purview DLP policies, analyzing Microsoft Defender XDR alerts, and collaborating with IT and security teams to enhance security operations. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with a preference for candidates based in **Delhi NCR** and open to attending an in-person interview in **Gurugram**.
