Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data-driven solutions for enterprise analytics.
• Leverage BigQuery and large-scale datasets to deliver robust reporting and insights.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical BI solutions tailored to client needs.
• Perform rigorous data validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure reliability.
• Support the full lifecycle of BI solutions including migration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain high standards for data security, privacy compliance, documentation, and production readiness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts and technical teams to deliver impactful analytics outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification (minimum 15 years of full-time education).
• Mandatory proficiency: Microsoft Power BI and Google BigQuery.
• Strong skills in SQL, Dashboard Design, Reporting Architecture, Data Analysis, and Validation best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Python programming for data processing workflows and automation tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle PL/SQL environments.
• Experience with GCP tools such as Looker Data Studio, Vertex AI, or similar analytics platforms.
• Proven track record in reporting automation and enterprise-level analytics projects.
