Microsoft Dynamics ERP Engineer

About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics ERP Engineer to join our remote team, offering immediate start date and part-time flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dynamics 365 BC Expertise: Train, implement, and support customizations for new and existing customers; handle technical design, development, and testing of core apps.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams to scope modifications, convert functional requirements into technical specifications, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Reporting & Development: Create, design, and modify default reporting; make technical recommendations for installation and custom development.
• Mentorship & Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and identify opportunities for training or business process consulting.
• Lifecycle Management: Coordinate updates, hotfixes, upgrades, and manage administration (security, configurations, user access).
• Troubleshooting: Resolve application/system/user issues within SLAs; monitor Job Queues and automated processes.
• Integration & Automation: Develop API-based integrations with Dynamics 365 Sales/Service, external portals, third-party systems, and Azure services.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Familiarity with ERP processes in Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, and Sales
