Disney Experiences seeks an Engineering Manager to lead delivery for our core commerce platform in Bengaluru. You will lead engineers, project/product managers, collaborate with business/tech teams, develop mission-critical applications, present roadmaps to senior leaders, manage technical analysis/architecture, oversee implementation/deployment/QA, resolve conflicts, foster quality culture, manage concurrent projects/budgets, support on-call operations, and stakeholder/vendor relations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years development experience (preferably full stack)
• 5+ years managing engineering/tech delivery teams
• Experience with scalable architectures: Java, GraphQL, NoSQL, Event-Driven Architecture
• Arcitecture design for resiliency/performance
• Globally distributed team management using Agile methodologies
• Troubleshooting production/test environments
• Background in large media/tech/internet companies
• On-time/on-budget project delivery success
• Navigating complex, matrixed organizations with ambiguity
• Executive-level communication/presentation skills
• Sophisticated SDLC platform/tool management experience

Preferred Skills

• Commerce space expertise (pricing/inventory domains)
• Travel/hospitality/hotel industry background

Education

Bachelor's in CS, engineering, information systems, or equivalent work experience.
