About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Manager (Forward Deployed Engineer) to lead the development and modernization of enterprise Clinical Data and AI capabilities supporting Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and other R&D functions in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Data Platform Leadership: Drive modernization using cloud-native architectures (Databricks/AWS) to establish reusable services for Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and Medical Affairs. Ensure scalability, performance, security, and compliance with GxP/HIPAA/GDPR.
• Data Engineering & Products: Build enterprise-scale Data Lakehouses integrating diverse sources (CTMS, EDC, Safety Systems). Develop high-quality data products enabling analytics, reporting, and AI consumption.
• Artificial Intelligence & Generative AI: Implement ML solutions, Predictive Analytics, Agentic AI platforms, Clinical Copilots, and RAG architectures to improve trial efficiency. Establish Responsible AI governance frameworks aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Product Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead Agile teams utilizing Product Operating Model principles. Translate complex scientific requirements into scalable technology solutions for Executive Leadership and business stakeholders.
• People Leadership: Build high-performing global engineering teams, foster innovation cultures, manage hiring/vendor capabilities, and drive workforce planning in the Hyderabad location (Hybrid).
