MFA Support

This MFA Support role at Allianz Technology involves establishing and maintaining a cloud-based Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the MFA infrastructure, including operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all components and dependencies. This includes providing technical support with a focus on meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring process compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and maintaining Microsoft Cloud-based MFA services, applications, and integrations.
• Performing installation and support for Tomcat applications and Apache Web Instances.
• Resolving moderate to complex (P1, P2, P3) incidents and problems efficiently.
• Identifying improvements in security operations and participating in automation projects.
• Collaborating with IT and business teams to develop solutions addressing root causes.
• Supporting MFA administration and end-user responsibilities, including new user registration, authentication factor resets, VPN access, and token management.
• Conducting System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Production Rollout.
• Analyzing user logs and performing MFA administration tasks.
• Providing on-call support during weekends, holidays, and out-of-office hours on a rotational basis.
• Ensuring efficient handover procedures and adherence to SLAs based on client agreements.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or BE, with 1.5 to 3 years of experience in Azure Cloud-based security services, including security concepts, compliance, and identity management.
