Metrics & Reporting Analyst

General Duties and Tasks

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on Healthcare Payer data.
• Continuously monitoring, identifying, and implementing best practices, new tools, and methodologies in metrics and reporting.
• Creating and executing executive-level reporting strategies.
• Aligning multiple organizations to resolve complex challenges in metrics and reporting.
• Applying comprehensive knowledge of application programming processes and procedures to complete intricate assignments.
• Focusing on systems architecture for global development initiatives.
• Providing advanced research, analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement expertise.
• Extracting data to generate both recurring and ad-hoc reports.
• Managing databases, spreadsheets, and other tools utilized for data analysis.
• Identifying and rectifying errors within reports.
• Developing and delivering management dashboards and standard reports to facilitate routine oversight of business processes, providing critical insights into exceptions and deliverables.
• Ensuring the highest standards of support and communication are delivered efficiently and courteously to clients, including active participation in deliverable outputs when necessary.
• Cultivating and maintaining professional, trusting client relationships.
• Effectively addressing critical client issues and escalations.
• Collaborating effectively with BPO Operations Leaders and NTT Leaders to meet or exceed deliverables.
• Identifying, recommending, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, client service levels, and financial outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in writing complex SQL queries.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis and analytics.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Tableau.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SQL with data extraction.

Preferences

• Experience with predictive modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Python/R coding for data analytics.
• Experience with US Healthcare payer datasets.

Required Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST. Shift timings are subject to change based on client requirements. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
