Full Job Description

**Job Title:** MERN Trainer / MERN Faculty
Location:** Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka (In-person preferred)
Role:** Full-time
Salary Range:** ₹15000-₹60000/month
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct live in-person and virtual classes to train learners on MERN stack technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, Node.js, Express.js, React.js, MongoDB, SQL, MySQL).
  • Deliver hands-on training in Full Stack Web Development, guiding learners through real-world project development.
  • Introduce learners to AI and Generative AI concepts, including AI API integration, prompt engineering, and modern AI tools.
  • Develop and deploy MERN stack applications with expertise in REST APIs, JWT authentication, and state management.
  • Mentor students/professionals with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ensure effective classroom delivery, presentation skills, and engagement with diverse learners.

Desired Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in MongoDB, React.js, Node.js, and training/development.
  • Proficient in MERN stack technologies with hands-on deployment experience.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, CRUD operations, and JWT authentication.
  • Basic knowledge of AI/Generative AI and cloud deployment (AWS, Docker).
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub and modern development workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • Kannada language proficiency (preferred).

  • Relocation or commuting to Bangalore preferred.
  • Willingness to travel: 25% (preferred).
