About the Role

Innovative Glance is seeking a passionate and driven MERN Stack Developer with strong Next.js and Node.js skills to join our growing team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This on-site position offers a dynamic work environment with significant opportunities for professional growth and rewards. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining high-performance, user-centric web applications, encompassing both frontend interfaces and scalable backend systems. A focus on clean code, secure architecture, and timely project delivery is paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack with Next.js.
• Implement advanced features such as booking systems, complex search and filtering functionalities, and secure payment/donation workflows.
• Create customized dashboards for various user roles.
• Integrate interactive components including maps, review systems, and smart filters.
• Manage dynamic content like blogs, testimonials, and success stories, utilizing CMS or custom solutions.
• Develop and consume REST APIs to ensure seamless frontend-backend integration.
• Leverage Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and dynamic routing to optimize performance and SEO.
• Write clean, maintainable, and secure code, adhering to best practices with Git-based version control.
• Take full ownership of assigned modules, ensuring production-ready delivery within deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively with product and design teams to build impactful features.

Required Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Next.js, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience with REST APIs and JWT Authentication.
• Familiarity with payment gateway integrations (e.g., PayPal Pro, Stripe).
• Strong understanding of Version Control systems (Git).
• Expertise in Responsive Design, Code Optimization, and Web Security.
• Bonus skills: Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), SSR/SSG, and dynamic routing in Next.js.

Qualifications

• Expertise in relevant programming languages and relational databases.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
