Web Development Mentor (MERN Stack)

Coding Blocks is seeking a skilled and passionate Web Development Mentor with expertise in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to train and guide students in full-stack development. The ideal candidate must hold a B.Tech degree and possess strong practical knowledge of modern web technologies along with a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Mentorship

• Deliver engaging sessions on full-stack web development using the MERN stack.
• Guide students through concepts like frontend development, backend APIs, and database integration.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide hands-on support.

Curriculum & Content Development

• Assist in designing and improving MERN stack curriculum and course materials.
• Create assignments, real-world projects, and coding exercises.
• Ensure content aligns with industry standards and job requirements.

Student Support & Engagement

• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
• Mentor students on best coding practices, debugging, and project development.
• Conduct mock interviews and portfolio reviews.

Project Guidance

• Help students build end-to-end full-stack applications.
• Guide deployment processes and version control (Git/GitHub).
• Encourage clean code practices and scalable architecture.

Performance Tracking

• Track student performance and learning outcomes.
• Identify learning gaps and provide actionable improvements.
• Contribute to enhancing course effectiveness.

Mandatory Requirements

• B.Tech degree in Computer Science / IT or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• Good understanding of databases, authentication, and backend architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Prior teaching or mentoring experience.
• Familiarity with deployment tools (AWS, Vercel, Netlify, etc.).
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
