MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled and driven MERN Stack Developer proficient in React.js and Node.js, with a strong grasp of microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing scalable and maintainable applications using the MERN stack and will actively contribute to microservices design and integration.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications utilizing React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Build and manage microservices and RESTful APIs to support modular, scalable systems.
• Create reusable UI components using React Hooks, Redux Toolkit, and modern front-end libraries.
• Develop robust backend logic and services using Node.js, ensuring secure and efficient performance.
• Implement and integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including backend, frontend, and DevOps.
• Optimize application performance across both client and server sides.
• Ensure high code quality through adherence to best practices, comprehensive testing, and thorough documentation.
• Utilize version control tools like Git and participate in CI/CD workflows for streamlined releases.
• Stay current with the latest development trends, tools, and frameworks.

  Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of hands-on experience with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Proven experience in designing and working with microservices-based architectures.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), asynchronous programming, and REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in React.js, including experience with Hooks, Redux, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with Node.js, including Express middleware, routing, and API development.
  • Strong knowledge of MongoDB, including schema design and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with Redis, Socket.io, or Firebase is advantageous.
  • Experience with Git, Agile development methodologies, and deployment pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

    Bonus Points:

    • Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
