Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using both front-end and back-end MERN technologies.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
• Develop robust APIs and backend logic with Node.js and Express.js.
• Manage data storage and retrieval using databases such as MongoDB or MySQL.
• Integrate various third-party APIs and services seamlessly.
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance for efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate effectively with team members on ongoing projects and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of fundamental web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Practical experience with React.js, evidenced by real project development.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in backend development, including Node.js and Express.js.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration.
• Familiarity with database concepts, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Basic knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of responsive design principles for cross-device compatibility.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience with a minimum of 2-3 functional projects (GitHub or live links are mandatory for evaluation).
• Ability to clearly articulate project architecture and code logic.
• A strong problem-solving aptitude and a proactive attitude towards learning.

Good to Have

• Internship or freelance experience in software development is a mandatory requirement.
• Knowledge of web application deployment platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, or basic AWS concepts.
• Understanding of fundamental UI/UX principles.
• Exposure to building structured applications like mini ERP systems, dashboards, or management systems.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
