Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in both frontend and backend development, specializing in React JS, Node JS, and MongoDB. This role emphasizes seamless integration of technologies to build high-performance web applications. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with React and Node JS is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications utilizing the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Optimizing applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.
• Implementing robust security and data protection measures.
• Actively participating in code reviews to uphold team best practices and code quality.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software systems.
• Staying informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3-4 years of comprehensive experience in full-stack development using MERN technologies.
• Proficiency in React JS, Node JS, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• A solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and implementation.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year.
