Devant IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join their development team. This role is ideally suited for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of internship or training experience who have actively participated in real projects and are enthusiastic about professional growth in a dynamic development environment.
The ideal candidate will possess practical knowledge of both frontend and backend development utilizing the MERN stack and will be comfortable contributing to real-time web applications.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using MERN stack technologies.
- Build responsive user interfaces leveraging React.js.
- Develop backend APIs and application logic with Node.js and Express.js.
- Manage data handling and storage using MongoDB or MySQL databases.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Debug, test, and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Adhere to established coding standards and best development practices.
Required Skills
- Strong foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in React.js.
- Basic understanding of Node.js and Express.js.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and their integration.
- Experience with MongoDB or MySQL databases.
- Basic knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
- Understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (BCA / B.Tech / B.Sc).
- Fresher or up to 6 months of relevant internship/training experience.
- A minimum of 2-3 functional projects, with GitHub or live project links being a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly explain project functionality and the development approach.
Preferred Skills
- Prior internship or freelance project experience.
- Basic knowledge of deployment platforms like Vercel or Netlify.
- Understanding of application structure and workflow.
- Exposure to dashboard, management system, or CRUD-based applications.
