MERN Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable web applications leveraging the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Node.js, React.js/Vue.js).
• Design, build, and maintain robust RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js.
• Create engaging and responsive user interfaces with modern frontend frameworks, prioritizing React.js or Vue.js.
• Foster strong collaboration with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and fellow developers.
• Actively participate in client discussions, articulating technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Uphold code quality standards through diligent best practices, code reviews, and comprehensive unit testing.
• Diagnose and resolve complex performance and scalability issues to ensure optimal application performance.

Requirements

• Possess 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on the MERN stack.
• Demonstrate advanced backend development expertise in Node.js and Express.js.
• Exhibit high proficiency in either React.js or Vue.js, with a preference for React.js.
• Maintain a solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Have good working knowledge of MongoDB database management and REST API integration.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in using Git for version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Exhibit the ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
