We are actively seeking a passionate MERN Stack Developer with proven experience in Next.js and Express.js to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications utilizing MongoDB, Express.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Construct efficient and reusable components with Next.js, focusing on server-side rendering, routing, and API integrations.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Express.js.
• Collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers to integrate front-end designs seamlessly with backend functionality.
• Optimize applications for peak performance, scalability, and security.
• Manage database interactions with systems like MySQL, DynamoDB, and Redis for high-performance data handling.
• Ensure high code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
• Strong command of Next.js, Express.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• A solid grasp of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, React, and CSS.
• Demonstrated experience with REST APIs, microservices, and server-side rendering.
• Proficiency in version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working with MySQL, DynamoDB, and Redis.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture and High-Level Language (HLL) concepts.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts; prior work with the Laravel Framework is a plus.
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with caching strategies and performance optimization techniques.
