About the Role
The Member of Technical Staff will join an engineering team responsible for building scalable AI agent, orchestration, enterprise product, or infrastructure systems at Decagon. As a New Grad (class of 2027), you will own work end-to-end and solve complex technical challenges.
Engineering Teams:
- Agent Engineering: Deploys mission-critical AI agents impacting millions of users across San Francisco, CA.
- Agent Orchestration: Builds the runtime and model orchestration layer powering production agents.
- Enterprise Product: Creates self-serve platforms for customers to build and manage their AI agents.
- Infrastructure: Operates foundations including networking, data, ML serving, developer platform, and real-time voice.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduating between December 2026 and July 2027 with a B.S. in Computer Science or related field. Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and asynchronous programming is required. Experience using AI coding agents and building high-quality products through internships or projects is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multi-modal models.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, data pipelines, or production infrastructure.
- 0→1 product-building experience.
