Medical Transcriptionist

We are seeking a skilled Analyst / Senior Analyst specializing in Medical Transcription with Direct Upload capabilities to join our team in Hyderabad. This role requires proficiency in transcription platforms such as eScription, eSOne/eMedat, and Fluency for Transcription (FFT).

Ideal candidates will possess at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Medical Transcriptionist or Editor, holding undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate qualifications. Certification is preferred.

Key responsibilities include coordinating effectively with managers and team members, ensuring adequate client/customer support, and demonstrating excellent time management skills. The ability to maintain information for multiple sites and multitask efficiently is essential. This position requires flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, often including evening/night shifts and non-weekend days off. Experience with a variety of medical specialties and transcription platforms is highly valued, with knowledge of additional platforms considered an advantage.
