Medical Business Associate - Pune, India

GSK is seeking a dynamic Medical Business Associate for our Field Worker - IND Rx, India - Maharashtra - Pune team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals across Pune and surrounding areas, sharing clear, science-based information to enhance patient care. You will develop and execute a territory plan informed by customer insights and local needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address local healthcare challenges. Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other local healthcare partners.
• Develop and implement a territory business plan based on customer insights and local requirements.
• Communicate accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals' decision-making.
• Maintain detailed records of activities, outcomes, and customer insights using company systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve patient access to treatments.
• Continuously learn about clinical evidence, market trends, and performance improvement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical business, or territory management experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• Proficiency in English and Marathi (or other local languages used in Pune) for verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Right to work in India.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare fields.
• Ability to discuss clinical evidence and scientific concepts effectively.
• Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
• A proactive approach to learning, adapting, and taking on new responsibilities.
